He stated a number of objections to the validity of the second will, the chief being there was no evidence Renata intended to deprive Broughton nf an interest in ihe propertythat the will was in Amha's ewn writing in her own 3 favor ; that the. attesting wit* nesses were her friends- 'and -Renata's *nemie»^ that he made hjsmark instead of signing the will, 'owing :to;.weafc state s that no one present at the signing made any mention of the first will } that Airina refused to allow a lawyer to draw up a legal instrument in place of nefwill, andthat neither Broughton nor Haretu, who fe were watching saw the -attesting; witnesses enter sick chamber. Counsel is now quoting authorities.
