By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. I PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. I Melbourne, November 12. Mrs Dawson. residing in Dawson street (sic), murdered her two children to-day by cutting their throats. She afterwards cut her own throat. A cable message received liere to-day states that Colonel Sir Henry Redvers Buller, upon approaching Woolwich Station on the Bth instant, alighted on the wrong side of the carriage platform, was knocked down by a passing train, and killed.
