Chbistchubch, October 29. Kaye and Carter report the Christchurch grain and produce market as follows: — Wheat: Tuscan, 4s; pearl, 3s ll£d; hunters, 3s lid (firm). Oats : milling, 2s 6d ; bright short, 2s 4d and 2s 5d good short, 2s 3£d ; duns, 2s 2d ; black, 2s 2d ; Danish, 2s aud 2d. Barley : Prime malting, 4s 6d ; malting, 4b 4d ; feed, 2s lOd ; Cape, 3s Id ; pearl, £20, Flour : roller, £10 ; stone, £9. Eyegrass : Machine dressed, 3s and 3s 3d ; farmers lots, 2s 6d. Cocksfoot: heavy dressed, 3fd; medium, 3} and 3£d. White clover, 75s to 80s per cwt. ; red clover, 60s per cwt. ; alsyke, 75s per cwt. Potatoes : Prime Derwents 70s to 75s per cwt.' Cheese : Loaf, sd ; medium, 4£d. Hams, B}d; bacon, bacon, 6Jd ; and bacon, 7d. The above prices are all f.o.b. Lyttelton, sacks and packages extra, except when otherwise specified.
