TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. ; . Sir,— My. attention has been drawn to a most extraordinary letter, in your issue of Bth September, with reference to a late meeting in connection with the Feilding Horticultural Society, which casts reflection upon me as , Hon. Secretary, which,. „,, with your permission, I wilt endeavor _> ■ refute. In the first place, the writer— F v . _'. A.
