The. scheduled land showed that 5169 acres 3 roods 23 perches- - bad been sold since, last meeting, at _ an upset price of £4295 9s 6d. ; The A Commissioner submitted a decision of the Under-Secretary for Crown Lands ; that capitalisation by members of the ■ .
