Fraser, editor and manager 1 of the Southern Standard, printed at 3 Gore, for the alleged using of an unregis I tered press. Fraser was the defendant 3 in the newspaper libel action, Palmer v. J Fraser, on Saturday, when a verdict in his favour was returned.
