The Czar and Czarina were enter tained at breakfast on the Royal yacht Hohengollern and afterwards inspected the squadron. The farewell between their Imperial Highness and the Emperor William was of a most cordial nature, the latter repeatedly ' thanking them for their visit. Sofia. July 25.
