Beblin, July 20. The meeting between Bismark, Kalnoky, and Cripsi, is fixed for a date towards the end of August. St. Petersburg, July 20. At a meeting between the Emperors yri'erday, the Russian and German men-of-war which were all gaily decorated, met ofi Cronstadt and formed double lines. The Emperor William then went on board the Czar's yacht Alexandra, and was warmly received, the Emperors embracing and kissing each other. They then proceeded to Peterhoff .
