STEVENS & GOETON'S STOCK REPORT. Bulls, July 14. Press of business has prevented our 1 rendering lately detailed reports of our stock sales. Since our sale at Marton on June 26th, we have held sales at Feilding, Palmerston, and Bulls. At all these sales we had good entries of stock, and in both classes the prices remained firm, though we did not realise quite as good a figure for wethers at Bulls as we antici, ated th's month. At Marton we penned the finest pen of fat wethers we have ever had in our yards. They were bred by Messrs , Jefferson Bros., and we consider they j would average lOOlbs weight. They ! brought the highest price this year, , ! viz., 13s 3d, and the credit at present ! of topping the market fortunately falls to us. We have already sent details of prices at last Palmerston sale. We quote under for our Bulls sale, the latest held : — Cattle— Springing heifers, £2 11/-; milkers, £3 16/- to £4 10/- ; yearling and 18-months' steers, 22/6 to 28/Sheep— Fat wethers, 11/6 to 12/6; forward wethers, 10/3 ; half-bred sheep, 8/3 ; fat ewes, 8/6 ; eweß in in lamb, 8/-
