The medical gentlemen in attendance upon him have ordered that the canula inserted in his throat should be cleaned every few minutes. Her Majesty the Queen is on her way to Berlin, and returns to Windsor on Thursday. fJThe daily bulletin* issued respecting the Emperor's health are less hopeful and state that the fever increases nightly. \ April 22. The condition of the Emperor shows a decided improvement, and tbe physicians are hopeful that the present attack has been arercome.
