The wool sales opened to-day, 9,500 bales were catalogued, one-third from New South Wales and one-third from New Zealand. There was a large attendance of buyers and Didding was sreen. The prices realised were fully equal to the dosing rates of the February sales. The number of bales available including those reserved, is 340,000. At the wool sales to-day, the demand was good. Merinos and orossbreds realised prices equal to closing rates of the February sales, but scoured and inferior were a fraction cheaper. ■ - ■..■.■'•...--
