A. for North Melbourne, has insti* tuted proceeding in the Divorce Court against her husband, alleging adultery on the part of Dr Roes preacher. The latter was co-respondent in the divorce petition, Wedding versus Wedding, some time age. In that case the jury returned a verdict in favor of the. petitioner;' but the Judge refused to grant a decree, on the ground that by cruelty he had driven his wife to misconduct herself with the co-respond ant.
