No Entry will' be received for any Races except upon this condition : That all Disputes, Claims, ' and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present,' or those whom they may appoint. Their -decision upon all points connected with tbe carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All entries to be Sealed and addressed, to the Secretary,, Feilding; Entrance Money enclosed with Name', Age at the time of entry, Pedigree, and, in the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the Owner, Colours of the Eider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined. 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Disting* uishihg Colour must must be worn. All* persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to that effect, to the Secretary or Clerk of the . Scales one. half hour before -advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing tO comply with this Bule shall pay a fine of 5 soys, to the Kace Fund. All races to be run under tbe W.J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes in any race except where, otherwise specified.
