No Entry will be received for any Eaces except upon' this condition : That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. AH entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Feilding ; Entrance Money enclosed with Name, Age at the time of entry. Pedigree, and, in the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the Owner, Colours of the Eider. Any Jockey riding except in tbe colours entered will be fined 3 soys . When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distin^* uishing Colour mast must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half hour before advertised time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Bule shall pay a fine of 5 soys, to the Kace Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Bules. Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes in any race except where otherwise specified. All 'Entries and Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary at the timo | and place as advertised, accompanied by 1 the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post marks will uot be received under any pretence whatever, and nominations unpaid at the time of due date of weights will be struck of the list.
