The following Special Order will be proposed at a meeting of the Manchester Road Board to be held on the 7th day of April, 1888, viz:, That a Special Rate of oneeightieth of a penny in £ be made upon the Rateable Value of the whole of the Rateable property within the boundaries of the Manchester Road District for the purpose of paying Interest on a Loan of £328 15s to be borrowed under the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886.
