Pinsent, 2s 6d, costs 6s j C. Patterson, £1 6s, costs 10s. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. M. Keen v. John Jones.— Claim £1 Is. Ordered to be paid forthwith, or 7 days ia Wanganui, gaol. A. Campbell t. S. Knight.— Claim 457 7s lid. Mr Prior for defendant. Plaintiff was nonsuited. E. Jones v. D. Hughey, chairman of Foxton Small Farm Association, . claim L 8 8s 6d. Mr Staite appeared for plaintiff and Mr Hankins for defendant. Judgment was given for plaintiff with costs. Notice of appeal was given. W, Jones v. D. Hughey, claim L 6 19s 9d. Judgment was given for plaintiff in this case oniy, but execution stayed till determination in previous case in Court of Appeal. The Cdurt then adjourned. j
