GENERAL ENTBIES & ACCEPTANCES For Handicap Hurdles, Feilding Handicap, stewards' Stakes, and Winter Oats, will close on THURSDAY, 22nd March, at 8 p.m. j RULES & REGULATIONS. No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition : That all Disputes, Claims, and : Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Feilding ; Entrance Money enclosed with Name, Age at the time of entry, Pedigree, and, in the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the Owner, Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except in tbe colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Disting* ] uishing Colour must must be worn. All' persons intending to withdraw horses. are required to give Notice to that effect toy. the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half- hour betore advertised time of starting, any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys, to the Race Fund. All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rules. Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No horse to save its stakes in any race except where otherwise specified. All Entries nnd Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary at the tim< and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entranci moiiey. Post marks will uot be receivec under any pretence whatever, and nomi- ■ nattons unpaid at the time of due date o weights will be struck of the list.
