For horses that have never won public money or been nominated for an advertised race 6 months prior to date of entry (hunts ers' and hack races excepted) . Weights not less than lOst. Post entry. Open to all horses that have never won an adyers tised race of the value of 25 soys. prior to date of entry. GENERAL ENTRIES & ACCEPTANCES For Handicap Hurdles, Feilding Handicap, Stewards' Stakes, and Winter Oats, will close on THURSDAY, 22nd Maroh, at 8 p.m. RULES & REGULATIONS. No Entry will be received for Races except upon this condition : That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of th|> Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. All entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Feilding ; Entrance Money enclosed with. Name, Age at the time of entry, Pedigree, and, in the case of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the Owner, Colours of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 soys . When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Disting* uishing Colour must must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to thai effect to the Secretary or Clerk of tht Scales one half hour betore advertised time of starling. Any person neglectinf or refusing to comply with this Rule shal pay a fine of 5 soys, to the Kace Fund. All races to be run under the W. J.C Rules. Horses walking over will only receiv half the Stakes., No horse to save its stakes in any rac . except where otherwise specified. All Entries and Nominations must b in the hands of the Secretary at the tim and place as advertised, accompanied b; the amount of nominations and entrant money. Post marks will not be receive under any pretence whatever, and nomi nations unpaid at the time of due date c weights will be struck of the list.
