Nellidoff, Russian Ambassador, has delivered a more pressing note from the Czar to the Porte, which is endorsed by Germany and France. The other Powers express no opinion on the subject of the note, which, it is understood, renews the Czar's demand that Prince Ferdinand shall be immediately deposed. Vienna, March 3. The Austrian official press protests against the claims of Russia to assume preponderating influence -in Bulgaria. St. Pbtebsbttbo, March 3. The Russian Government is irritated at their Bulgarian proposals not being accepted by the Porte, and the Sultan has again been enjoined to depose Prince Ferdinand. The Commissioners have been ordered to expedite the work of collecting supplies for the army. March 4. Man of the officers who were on leave from their regiments stationed at Warsaw have been recalled.
