SIR JULIUS YOGEL.

Sir Julius Yogel is a many-sided man—a man of very large experience, colonial and European, arid a man who has the faculty of observation very keenly developed; but we doubt whether, in all his experience or in all his observation^'he:has ever seen anything to equal our sale of Price's bankrupt, stock at Te Aro House, Wellington. It will be a grand piqpe of news for him to carry Home to,, the magnates, commercial and otherwise, wittorhom he will come in oontaot, that the most. wonderful sight he ever saw in New Zealand was the sale of Prioe's bankrupt stock at Te Aro House, Wellington. Sir Julius will no doubt be pleased to dilate on the vast .numbers of customers thronging this sale, of the multitudinous array of paraals and packages- delivered daily, of the hard cash paid into the coffer* of Te Aro House, coming not niggardly, not slowly, but, to use his own favourite expression, in "leaps and bounds," to swell the receipts of the sale of Prioa's bankrupt stock at Te Aro House, Wellington. And then he williio doubt adduce this sale as a proof that money is not want n j in these " tight little islands," and that the oloud of depression is passing away, that the sun of prosperity is rising, slowly it may be yet surely, and that New Zealand is good for another ten million loan—and all in consequence of the success of the bankrupt stock Bale at Te Aro House, Wellington. The moral of all this, O gentle public, is, that if you want good goods, cheap goods, wonderful bargains, and satisfactory purchases, fail not, at your own risk, to visit, before it closes, the sale of Prioe's bankrupt stock at Te Aro House, Wellington.
