NEW IBSXJE OF SHAKES. f?BB UNITKD.PKEM ABBOCIATIOH.I Wbilinoton, Febuarj 15. MrF. A. White, Manager of the Moasatam Goldmining Company, received a telegram this morning from London, from Mr P. Oomiakey, to the effect that the Moanatairi had been successfully floated on the London market. Twenty-five thousand paid up shares will be allotted to present shareholders, in lieu of 13, 500 now held by them, and 25,000 paid-up shares will go to the London syndicate, whilst the remaining 25,000 will I be taken up at Home, 10s per share> being paid. The first call upon that money will be the present liability of the Moanatairi Company/to £12,500 which will be paid off, and: the remainder will then be devoted to th« farther working pi the mine.
