No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition: That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections arising out of the racing shall be •lectded by a 1 rbajority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of this Programme shall be final. AH entries to be Sealed and addressed to the Secretary, Feilding; Entrance Money enclosed with Name, Age at the time'' of entry, Pedigree, and, in the caßo .of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse; Name of the Owner, Col -urs of the Rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 sots. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distiax« uishing ; I'olout. must must be worn. . All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give Notice to that effect to the. Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one' half hour before advertised time of starting. Rules.., Horses walking over will only receive half the Stakes. No liorse .to save its stakes in any race except wtiere otherwise specified. AH Entries and Nominations must be in the ban'ds'bf the Secretary at the time and place an advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post marks- will not be received under any pretence whatever, and nominations unpaid at the time of due date oj weights will be struck of the list.
