By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. [PER UNITED BBESS ASSOCIATION.] London, February 7. The press generally contrasts Prince Bismarck's warlike actions with- his peaceful words recently uttered. St. Petebsburo, February 8. The Moscow Gazette, referring to the situation, says that it is impossible for Russia to trust Austria and Germany, and advocates the establishment of an Anglo-French alliance. Beblin, February 8. Prince Bismarck has announced that if Russia asked the support of Germany to regain the preponderating influence in Bulgarian affairs she once possessed, by diplomatic means, the request would be granted. Pabis, February 8. It is announced that the Government intend to reduce the French squadrons on foreign stations, in order to increase the strength of those in European waters.
