An encounter between the followers of Ras Aloula and the Italian troops is now daily, expected. Vienna, January 13. The steady massing ef troops on the Galician and Roumanian frontiers is ro» viving alarm in this city. St. Petersburg, January 13. Information respecting the movements of the Czar was revealed to the Nihilists by the railway officials at Gaschina. A large number of arrests have been made of persons supposed to be implicated in the plot lately unearthed. X
