The Kaivraiwai School Committee, disapproving the aotwm of the Board injretaining the master of the school until Qoristmas^ftor I notice has been given him to retire closed the school and refused to allow the mastejf to have charge. The Board ins|ruoted the chairman to institute legal proceedings if the committee refuse to hand oyer the key to the Board.
