This Day. (Before B. Ward, Esq., 8.M.) F. B. Linton t. W. H. Bishop. — Claim £3 2s 6d. Verdict for plaintiff with costs 7a. Kirton and Curtis v. 0. E. Hugo.— Claim 10s 6d. Verdict for plaintiffs with costs 6s. Application was made for a rehearing in the case, Hastier. Sheerin, which had been heard last court day. Application refused. J. Jensen v. F. Train.— Claim 14s 6d. This was a case which had been 1 adjourned from last court daj. C. Jensen deposed as to certain work having been done to a pump purchased from Mr Train. j Mr Shannon deposed to having purchased a pump from defendant, who | agreed if it was not in working order i he would make it good; sent the pump to Jensen by dray. Judgment for plaintiff with costs j £3 2s. J. Edelston v. B. Climo. — Claim £5 Is 7d. Mr Sandilands for plaintiff The defence was the money was not due until the completion of the oontraot. Judgment for plaintiff for £8 13s Id and costs 375, to be paid in a week. : The Court then adjourned.
