Dr McKenzie has received a summons to proceed immediately to San Eemo in Northern Italy to attend upon tlie Crown Prince of Germany. Warren, Chief Commissioner of Metropolitan Police, has issued an order forwidding public demonstrations or speeches by unemployed en the occasion of the Lord Mayor's show on the 9th. In consequence of O'Brien persisting in his refusal to wear prison clothing, he has been examined by a medical officer in attendance at the prison, and the latter has certified it would be dangerous to* the health of the prisoner to forcibly compel him to do so. It appears that the summons for Dr McKenzie'B immediate attendance on Prince Frederick William was despatched by the Crown Princess in | consequence of serious symptoms having appeared ia her husband's throat. It is feared that another operation will be found necessary. Copenhagen, November 6. The Czar will leave here for St. Petersburg on the 16th inst., procee '- ing by way of Berlin, for the purpo-e of having an interview of a few hours duration with the Emperor William.
