The proposal to allow Courts to use the surplus of interest above 6 per cent for the Management Fund was carried. A new law was agreed to providing that in cases where the vainer reports a surplus, and the transfer can safely be made, they shall be allowed to transfer such surplus from the Sick and Fumral Fund to any other Fund of the Court.
