We hope that Councillor Chamberlain wil bring the matter up again at th< meeting of the Council to be held or Thursday next, when means can bt decided upon to remove the obstructions mentioned by "Katopayer." Qui correspondent should, however, re< member, before he casts blame on the Public Works Committee, they have very limited means at their disposal which require to be very judiciously applied.
