The cattle, were of good quality, and made 16s 6d[ to 17s the 1001 b. , Prices for sheep; were well maintained. ;Pigs were yarded ' in usual numbers, and sold at last sales-, values. Our quotations are :— 'Cattle i —Bullocks L 7 2s 6d, to LB, average, L 7; 118 9d ; another line of 42 brought from : L 6 sftoLß, average, L 7 10« 3d; some lighter bullocks, L 6 7s 6drto L 7 15s, average £7. Sheep— Wethers in wool, 14s 6d to 15s ; liahcer weights, 12a to 13s Bd ;' shorn wethers, 9s 4d to 9s 6d ; iretbers in wool brought 21s 4d, and shorn sheep, 13s 4d per lb. Pigs Bacouers, 35s to 455 ; good porkers 19s to 19s ; smaller sorts, lOi to 126.
