Mr Dibbs has given notice of motion in the Legislative Assembly, condemning the arbitrary action of the Premier in prohibiting the use «f theatres on Sun* day. Sir H. Parkes has given notice of motion to place on record an expression of the loyalty of the New South Wales Parliament to the Qaeen. Both motions will be discussed to night. j A fall of earth in the excavation at Belmore Park, made in connection with the sewage works, occurred yesterday, and caused the death of two workmen. Great precautionary preparations have "been made to prevent disorder at to. night's Jubilee at the Exhibition Build* ings, b«t as Lady Oarington's Queen's Fund proposal will be taken up, it is thought the meeting will not be disturbed. ____________^__
