This Department is prepared to make advances on Mortgage hot exceeding one-half of the value of the > property mortgaged in sums of Money from £100 to £3,000, repayable by half-yearly instalments extending over 12, 15, or 20 years on the following terms:— Half-yearly Payment for each £100. The borrower, any time before the expiry of the full period (but not sootier than four years after the commencement of the loan), may redeem the same, with or without notice, on terms which can be ascertained at this office, or at any of the offices of this Department, where also forms of application can be obtained:"" .' ?
