Bills would be introduced, providing for the sale of Crown Lands for the purpose of meeting the deficit in the revenue, for alterations in tariff in the direction of encouraging local industries, for the payment of members, for the appointment of a rail* way board, and for the representation of the Colony at the Federal Council.
