Feilding School- Committee
A meeting of the above : School Committee was held in the Schoolhouse last night. Present-p-Messrs , Watts (Chairman), Worsfold, Reading, and Lankshear. . The minutes of the previous meet-ing-were read and confirmed. The master's monthly report was read, showing : — Average roll—Boys, 164 ; girls, 150 ; total, 314. Average attendance— -Boys, 116 ; gjrls, 100 ; total, 216. A list was also, read .frpm the master giving the names of thirty of the most irregular attendants The report of the Inspector on his surprise visit was read, which showed the Achooi tb be in a satisfactory state. Resolved, That the list of names of the irregular attendants.be handed. to the Truant Inspector.
