I The balance of 90 per cem, to REMAIN ON MORTGAGE FOR SEVEN YEARS, BEARING INTEREST AT THE UNPBECEDENTEDLY LOW RATE OF FIVE PER CENT. PER annum. In order to induce occupation and improvement, the purchaser will be required to enter into an undertaking to expend during the first three years, by his own labor or otherwise, an amount equal to 10 per cent, per annum of his purchase money, or in lieu thereof, should be prefer to let his section lie idle, to ;pay, in reduction of his pnrchase money, 10 per cent, per annum in cash.
