Monro, Esq., Inspector «t Sheep. At your request, I inspected, on the 23rd inst., the flock of Sheep belonging to Mrs Morse, which were dipped, on the 15th June, in Thomas' Dip, under the special supervision of the Manufacturer, Mr Thomas, and at which dipping I was present. I have mnch satisfaction in informing you that at the last inspection I found the sheep quite Free from all Ticks or Lice, and the Wool was Soft and Healthy, having rather an improved appearance since dipping. To. Whitworth Russell, Esq., Agent for Thomas' Sheep Dip, Wanganui. Alex. Muneo. WOOL IMPROVED. Messrs Helmuth, Schwartz & Co., of London, say of Wool consigned to them, to be especially reperted upon, dipped in various compositions, and carefully re* j ported upon by their valuer, Mr R. Murton, that THOMAS' was found to be of "free, staple and soundj of good lustre and soft feel, and with little or no smell," while various other competing samples were variously described as " having a bad smell," harsh dried»up feel," strong chemical smell," "discolored" &c, whil« Thomas' Dip showed the Wool in the most perfect condition, as soft and lustrous as silk, vide Inspector Fitzroy's report, a perfect copy of whiah, and the Hanke's JBay report, can be. obtained, post free, on applU cation to Whitworth Kussell, Wanganui. The full truth of Inspector Fitzroy's verdict is shown over and over again in the Auction Rooms, when an average improved value of fully A HALFPENNY PER POU D MAY BE RELIKD UPON. In Messrs Miles & Co 's circular of 1884-5, they say some of their clients consider that they had obtained 3d per pound more than they would have d«ne had they continued to use any of the much vaunted Dips im« ported from Knghuid. Ths Dip can he procured from Stevens and Gorton, Bulls or Feilding, C H. Tomlinson, Sandon, Watt and Jones, AJartc.n. W HITWOBTH BUS SELL, Ag«'nt, Wanganui. f ) I A N O S .
