Feilding Races

The annual race meeting of the Peilding Jockey Club takes place on Monday next. Tliera is every appearance at present of fine weather ' prevailing, and we sincerely hope it will continue over Monday. So far as is possible everything has been done by the Stewards to make the meeting a success, and a number of improvements have been made on the course which should conduce to the pleasure and comfort of those attending the races. The handicap events will furnish smaller fields this year than last, but the racing ought to be better, and the interest keener. Given fine weather the meeting for 1887 should prove most enjoyable as well as a financial success. The cards of the races may be had of Mr J. Fowles. i I ...._.
