NOTICE is hereby given that the Feilding Borough Council intend, at a ineetiug to be held on Thursday, the 14th day of April, to make a Library Rate of one penny in the pound upon the value of the rateable property within the Borough as appearing on the Valuation Roll for the year 1 887-8 ; such rate to be for the financial year ending 31st March, 1888, and payable in one sum on the 18th of April.
