NOTICE is hereby given that the Feilding Borough Council intend, at a meeting to be held on Thursday, the 14th day of April, to make a Library Rate of one penny iv the pound upon the valuo of the rateable property within the Borough as appearing on the Valuation Roll for the year 1887-8 ; such rate to be for the financial year ending 31st March, 1888, and payable in one sum on the 1 8th of April.
