HACK HURDLE EACE, 10 soys. ; second horse, 2 soys. (from racingfund) , distance, 1 mile and a distance ; over 5 flights of hurdles. For horses that have uever won public money or been nominated for au advertised race 6 months prior to date of entry, Hunter's and Hack races exceptecl. Weights not less than lOst. Post entry. Entrance, £1. To start at 12 noon. 3. MAIDEN PLATE, 25 soys.; distance, 1 mile and a half. Entrance, £1. Weight for age. Open to all horses that have never won an advertised race of the value of 25 soys. prior to date of entry. Any horse entered for tho Maiden Plate winning an advertised race between the time of entry and date of race to carry a penalty of albs. To 3tart at 12.30 p.m. 4. FEILDING HANDICAP, of 100 soys. , second horse, 10 soys. (from the racing fund) ; distance, 2 miles. Nomination. £1 ; acceptance, £2. The winner of any Handicap to the value of 100 soys. after the declaration of ■weights to carry 7ibs extra. To start at 1.15 p.m. 5. HACK RACE, 10 soys. ; once round the course, 9st up, The winner of tho Hack Hurdles to carry peualty of 71bs. Same conditions as No. 2. Entrance, £1. To start at 2 p.m. 6. DISTRICT RACE HANDICAP, 25 sovf^; second horse, 3 soys. (from the racing fund) ; distance, 1 mile. Nomination, £1 ; acceptance, £1. For horses tho bond fide property of residents in the Rangitikei, Manawatu, and Oroua Counties, 3 months prior to date of entry. Winner of Feilding Handicap to carry 7lbs penalty. To start at 2.30 p.m. 7. WINTER OATS HANDICAP, 30 soys. ; distance, 1£ miles. Nomination, £1 ; acceptance, £l. To start at 3.15 p.m. 8. SELLING RACE. 10 soys. ; post entry, 1 soy. , distance, onco round the course ; weight not less than 9st. Open to all norses that have never won public money, or been nominated for an advertised race, 6 months prior to date of entry, (Hunter's and Hack Races excepted). The winner of this race to be sold immediately after the race for the sum of £15; any surplus over this amount to go to the club funds. Te start at 3.45 p.m. 9. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, 15 soys. ; distance, onco round the course. For all beaten horses.
