■ 0 ' - :-■:.' Dr Monckton has returned to Feilding. The Red house advertisement is worth reading to-day. Several invitations for tenders appear to-day. Messrs Thynne Linton and (Jo. advertise a sale of stock at Foxton on the 18th instant. A small padlock and key has been left at this office. It was found this morning in Manchester street. Attention is directed to the notice re accounts due to the . executors in the estate of the late Mr J. W. Eade. The catalogue of Messrs Stevens and Gorton's Awahuri sale is published elsewhere. ATost purse is advertised for to-day. As we know the person who lost it can ill afford to be without the money, we -hope some honest person will find it and hand it in to our office. The stock sale of Messrs F R. Jackson and Co., toworrow, will be one of the largest held in Feilding for some time. There are about 500 head of cattle and 3000 sheep now entered.
