No Entry will be received for any Races except upon this condition : That all Disputes, Claims, and Objections ai-isitKf out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the earn/ing out of this Programme shall be final. All Entries to he Sealed and addressed to the Secretary. Feilding ; Entrance Money enclosed with Name, Age at the time of Entry, Pedigree, and, in the case i of Handicaps, Performances of the Horse, Name of the Owner, and Colors of the Rider. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 3 sows. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a Distinguishing Color must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw hor* ' ses, are requir d to give Notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales one half-hour before Advertised - time of starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this Rule shall pay a fine of 5 soys. to the Race Fund All races to be run under the W.J.C. Rul s. Horses walking over mil only receive 3 half the Slakes. 1 No horse to save Us Stakes in any race * except where otherwise specified. All Entries and Nominations must be in the hands of the Secretary at the time . and place as advertised, accompanied by q the amount of nominations and entrance money. Post marks will not be received " under any pretence whatever, and nomination* unpaid at the time of due date of weights will be struck off the list.
