NOTICE is hereby that the following is the result of the Poll takeu on the 24th inst. for the electien of 5 persons to form a Licensing Committee for the above-named District : Bartholomew, P. 29 Haybittle, W. G. 28 Rutherford, H. 19 Kirton, G. 10 Sherwill, H. L. 15 Higgin, J. M, 12 Nicholas, W. D. 8 Bbown, C. 7 As Messrs Bartholomew, Haybittle, Rutherford, Kirton, and Sherwill, polled the highest number of votes, I hereby declare them duly elected for the ensuing year ; and I hereby appoint that the first meeting of the Committee, for the election of a Chairman shall be held at 12 o'clock noon, on WEDNESDAY,. the 2nd day of March, prox.., at the R.M.
