NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of this Board to raise a loan under the Government Loans te Local Bodies Act 1886, for the construction of roads as follows : — 1. The completion of Kimbolton Road as far as Waitapu Block. The completion of Mackay's Road. Completion of Cheltenham Cross Road, from Kimboltou Road to Mackay's Road. The partial construction of the Valley Road. The partial construction of Fining's Road, The partial construction of the Taonui Road. And Zig Zag in the Wanganui Harbor Board Block. 2. That the said Kiwitea Road Board proposes to borrow £4,9G8 for such purpose as aforesaid. 8. That a Special Rate of 5-1 6 th of a penny in the pound on the whole of the rateab : e value of thp property within the Old Kiwitea Block and Waituna Block, and a special Rate of one penny and £ of a penny in the £ on the whole of the rateable value of the property within the Wanganui Harbour Board Block be levied for the repayment of the said loan of £4,908.
