By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (beutee's telegrams.) Melboitbne, January 7. Another small-pox case is reported at the quarantine station. Doctor Porter, the medical officer, has telegraphed that there is little doubt that the patients now in quarantine were infected during the removal of the corpse of the first victim at Adelaide, which was wrapped in loose canvass and was removed in the presence o£ the Preussen's passengers. Several of the patients at Sorento have admitted tnat the; dodged the Medical Inspector when he visited the vessel at Adelaide. Several of the patients, at the quarantine station are in a critical state, one of the cases being; considered hopeless.

Sydney, This Day. One small-pox patient has died.
