The completion of Kimbolton Road as far as Waitapu Block. The completion of Mackay's Road. Completion of Chelenham Cross Road, from Kimbolton Road to Mackay's Road. The partial construction of the Valley Road. The partial construction of Finuis's Road. The partial construction of the Taonui Road. And Zig Zag in the Wanganui Harbor Board Block. 2. That the said Kiwitea Road Board proposes to borrow £4,968 for such purpose as aforesaid. 3. That a Special Rate of 5-16 th of a penny in the pound on the whole of the rateable value of the property within the Old Kiwitea Block and Waituna Block, and a i-pecial Rate of one penny and £ of a penny in the £ on the whole of the rateable value of the property within the Wangauui Harbour Board I Block be levied for the repayment of the said loan of £4,968.
