A Merry Christmas
Again we have to note tha welcome season when all Christian men and women bury the dead past of sad as well as joyful memories, and look forward to a time when all the cares and sorrows of this world will be forgotten. This is a time when good resolutions are made, which, in ninety-nine cases out of one hundred, will be broken or forgotten, and meet the same fate as those made on previous years. Last year at this time, we said " if we have ruffled the feathers of any of our readers it has been for the benefit of the whole community. We have no private feelings on any public business." We reiterate the remark this year. To our subscribers and advertisers as a whole we tender our best thanks for their patrouage and support, and wish them one and all A Merry Christmas.
