The Official Messenger to-day publishes an article rebuking the Russian people for the anti- German feeling which they have manifested. Common interests, it declares, connect Russia and Germany. A hope is expressed that German influence will be solely directed for the maintenance of peace, which the Czar and the Russian people earnestly desire. Decomber 16.
It is thought probable that the Russian Government will object to Prince Ferdinand of Saxe - Coburg accepting the throne of Bulgaria.
