[per united press association.] New Plymouth. December 1. A decree in tbe case Harbor Board v. Sinking Fund Commission was settled according to Judge Ward's judgment yesterday in the Supreme Court. This morning the Harbor Board have refunded to them, by the Judge's ruling, some £20,000, which goes towards the construction of tbe work. Mr Tel for, a settler at TJrenui, was thrown from his horse yesterday, and was picked up unconscious. He is still in a semi-conscious state. It is thought he has sustained concussion of tbe brain.
