MELBOURNE WOOL AND GRAIN SALES.
[KKUTKBB TELEGRAMS. 1 Mklboubnb, November 25; . Messrs Goldsborough and Co. held their weekly sale this afternoon. The rooms were crowded with buyers. Fire thousand balei were offered, 3500 being sold. The bidding was spirited throughout. For good wools prices were firm. Greasy wool realised up to ll|d, and scoured and washed wools up to 18£ d. Messrs Goldsborough and Co. report having sold during the wepk 5500 bnles. The manager of the National Mdrtgage Agency Company reports : Wheat, weak, 4s lOd to 4s lid ; barley, slow of sale, 3s 9d to 4s 3d ; oats, feed sorts irregular, 2* 9d to 2s lid : milling, quieter and weaker. 3s to 3s Id ; New Zealand oats, under bond, neglected, 2s 2d to 2s 4d.
